The trip to Hamburg made me rethink about what I want to do.
Not long ago I feel that if I’m not visiting the so-called “top cities” then I am not doing something that is worth it. But after this trip, I just feel that maybe spending two days per 1-2 months to take a little break is what the German vacation system aims to provide us with.
Such short break gave us some “fresh air” to enjoy, to become less stressed and also less inflamed (as what I have read, inflamation is something that is persistent and you feel it is cured, like your body somehow gets lighter, more energetic etc, when you are taking a vacation.
Also, the experiences during one’s 20s will be pretty different from the experiences when someone is in their 30s, 40s, 50s, not to mention when they are retired, i.e. after 65/67 years old.
Finding the balance to give ourselves some space to relax and to focus on the ultimate goal is the thing that I want to have.
